Paper submission
Authors are requested to submit the contributions to online submission system available in the following link. The official language of the conference is English. The manuscript must contain the title of the paper, name(s) of authors, mailing addresses, telephone, fax and email address of the corresponding author. Among the accepted papers, selected papers will be published in the Research Journal of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
How to Submit Camera Ready Paper
To submit your Camera Ready Paper please follow the instructions below:1. Login the submission system as you have done before for your abstract/full paper and you will see the Author Console Screen with contents of your submission informations and file
2. Click on the 'Create Camera ready Submission' available at the right hand side on the Action column is open for you.
3. Fill in the blanks, upload the file in both PDF and MS Word and Answer the additional questions.
4. Make sure your file name sequence like 'Camera_ready_Paper_ID_25.doc'
5. When uploading complete then click on the 'Submit' at the bottom of the screen.
6. You will see the uploaded files on the files column and now logout .
7. You supposed to notify regarding the future steps
How to Submit Abstract
To submit your abstract please follow the steps below:1. Go to the link below
2 (a). Your user ID is your email address. If you use your email ID before in CMT and can not remember the password then simply recover your password by using the following link. Password will send to your email address.
2 (b). If you use your email ID before in CMT and you know the password, then simply login using email address and password.
2 (c). If you are new with CMT then you have to register your email and password. Go to the link below
3. Now you have entered as an author and will see the Author Console Screen
4. Go to 'Create New Submission' at the left top corner
7. Select the track you want to submit, give information, upload file, answer the specific questions and Submit
How to Submit Full Paper
To submit your Full Paper please follow the instructions below:1. Login the submission system as you have done before for your abstract and you will see the Author Console Screen with contents of your submission informations and file
2. Click on the 'Edit Submission' available at the right hand side on the Action column.
3. Go to Files option, remove your submitted file and then upload your current file.
4. Make sure your file name sequence like 'Full_Paper_ID_...doc'
5. When uploading complete then click on the 'save changes' at the bottom of the screen.
6. You will see the submission summary.
7. Back to author console, see the paper status and logout
How to Review the Paper (FOR REVIEWER)
Please follow the steps to review the paper:1. Go to the link below
2. Login as an Author using your user ID and password. You will see your submission details on "Author Console" screen
3. Select your Role (Reviewer) from top of the Screen
4. Reviewer Console Screen will present you a table of your pending task
5. Download the paper and review
6. Go to the review column right side of the table and click on "Enter Review"
7. Fill all the options and submit
If you don't know/forget your password
Please follow the steps to collect your password:1. Go to the link below
2. Enter your email ID and code provided and Reset password
3. Password will send to your Email address. Collect your password and login the system to review the paper
