Option 1: Silk Industries
Rajshahi Silk is the name given to the silk products produced in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. It is a famous name in the domain of clothing, especially in saris. Rajshahi silk is a delicate and soft fibre produced from the cocoons of silkworms and is covered with a protein called Sericin. Rajshahi silk are coveted by users in the country and in foreign countries. Rajshahi silk is available as fabric in colors and patterns for designers. Silk fabric is available in ranges for apparel and for other purposes.Rajshahi houses a number of silk industries and a Silk Research Institute. The region's sericulture accounts for almost the entire silk output of Bangladesh. Approximately 100,000 people are directly or indirectly employed in this sector.-
Option 2: The Padma River
Padma is a major river in Bangladesh. It is the main distributary of the Ganges, flowing generally southeast for 120 kilometres (75 mile) to its confluence with the Meghna River near the Bay of Bengal. The city of Rajshahi is situated on the banks of the river. The Padma enters Bangladesh from India near Chapai Nababganj and meets the Jamuna (Bengali: ????? Jomuna) near Aricha and retains its name, but finally meets with the Meghna (Bengali: ?????) near Chandpur and adopts the name "Meghna" before flowing into the Bay of Bengal.-
Option 3: Trip to the Mango and Litchi Garden
Rajshahi and its neighboring regions are specially suited from various crops such as Watermelons, Sugarcanes, Mangoes and Lichies. Chapai Nawabganj is called the capital of the mango and lichi in Bangladesh . Most of the land of this district is full of mango orchards where various kinds of mangoes and litchis are produced. The main part of mango production is the Shibganj, Bholahat and Gamostapur upozilla. "Fozli Mango Pack" named a mango providing company is working for its tourism opportunity and its mango future.-
Option 4: Chota Sona Mosque
One of the most graceful monuments of the Sultanate period is the Chhota Sona Masjid or Sona Mosque at Gaur in Chapainawabganj Built by one Wali Muhammad during the reign of Sultan Alauddin Husain Shah (1493–1519). Originally it was roofed over with 15 gold-gilded domes including the 3 Chauchala domes in the middle row, from which it derives its curious name. By the side of this mosque great martyr Birsrestha Captain Mohiuddin Jahangir laid in peace.
Option 5: Varendra Research Museum
Varendra Museum is a museum, research center and popular visitor attraction located at the heart of Rajshahi town and maintained by Rajshahi University in Bangladesh. It is considered the oldest museum in Bangladesh. Varendra museum was the first museum to be established in East Bengal in 1910. The museum started out as the collection for Varendra Anushandan Samiti or Varendra Investigation Society got its current name in 1919. The Rajahs of Rajshahi and Natore, notably prince Sharat Kumar Ray, donated their personal collections to Varendra Museum. Varendra refers to an ancient janapada roughly corresponding to modern northern Bangladesh.
